It would just be 12 rounds of Allen missing punches while Hughue dances and doesn’t throw back.

    No thank you lol

He's rubbish, he'll be lucky if he ever wins a British title, no chance whatsoever of beating anyone remotely world class.

British level at best, and theres fighters at this level who I'd back to dispatch of him. He is only motivated in bursts and seems more concerned with making people laugh - maybe he should try comedy afterwards.

I’ve always thought Browne was garbage, but I think it looks really bad on Whyte that Browne was actually in shape this time and got destroyed by Dave ****ing Allen.

I say Allen/Helinus next. And when Whyte loses to Rivas we get Whyte/Allen II the battle of Eddies hype jobs
I'm not hyping Browne so much as saying even though I was never riding the Browne war wagon or anything I never saw Allen getting a KO over a guy who even reached the level of Browne.

I'm talking about being surprised at Allen being good enough to win more than I'm thinking about being surprised Browne was being bad enough to lose I guess is what I'm trying to discuss.

My thoughts exactly, a guy who blocks shots with his face will never get far. Just in terms of British heavyweights he is behined quite a few other fighters

              That’s fair.

I stand by my statement of put him against Helinus and if he wins, rematch Whyte.

For once I wasn’t trolling lol

Helinus is pretty washed himself these days, but yea that'd be another W I couldn't envision Allen getting.

How do you see him fairing against Price or Chisora which seem to be the fights on the table. Apparently Browne vs Price was next, but since Allen won he mighta swiped that fight as well apparently. I think both of those fights are winnable for Allen & I think I'd even favor him over Price these days. Price's chin is garbage & the one thing he does having going for him is nice enough power to end Price's night.

You look at him and can't imagine him in with the best.

But he's got a bit of ability and plenty of heart. Despite his lack of defence he also seems pretty smart in the ring. The shot that took out Browne was planned and set up.

He looks a bit soft but at 240+lbs and 6'3 he actually carries weight well. With some obvious improvement to come in terms of his fitness and training.

Only just turned 27 too so he's got time. He could get himself into the reckoning within a year or so. Beat a Price or Chisora then cash in with a big fight.

He can make a decent living on Hearn's under cards but a mostly on a domestic level.

He has power though - always able to drop a bomb.

I actually believe he beats Price (all he has to do is last the first 3 rounds and wait for Price to gas).

Oh he beats Price. Price is done, he should have retired after the Kuzmin loss. Chisora I don’t know, depends on which Chisora shows up.
