Told about 17,000 tickets have been sold for Anthony Joshua’s U.S. debut at MSG, with around 3,000 left. About 10,000 traveling Brits expected. Maybe Eddie Hearn knows more about U.S. market than Bob joked about last week

It's great the British fans can afford to travel to America, but I think Hearn was hoping he'd sell more to US fans to gauge how big he is.
I will say this-10k plus drunk Brits in Vegas for a AJ/WIlder fight would be incredible. Everyone that went to the Floyd/Hatton fight said the atmosphere was electric.

The greyed out sections above and below are NOT sold out. they are anticipating a low turn out so the venue was not configured for full capacity those sections are blocked off and not for sale. So you have a 19-20K seat venue already scaled down to just around 12K. Of those 12K seats there are literally thousands still available on ticketmaster to buy just 3 days away from the fight. My guess is they will have attendance less then 10K and that's not paid tickets because they will definitely be giving a lot of tickets away for free. How much will they do in attendance 6K, 7K, 8K who knows yet we will find out on fight night.
