Wilder-Fury U.S. PPV price set at $75

I don't think it does $10 million at the gate at all. Think folks are going too far there with their expectations. They need to gun for $4-6 million at the gate. Said it all along that 300k-350k PPV buys stateside should be the goal along with 500k UK buys. That right there is a pathway to generate close to what a Joshua fight does in the UK. If Wilder/Fury is able to do that, then he can start asking for a 60/40 split in favor of Joshua.

$75 is a pretty standard PPV cost.

It may be standard for Mayweather, Pacquiao, and Canelo, fighters that can actually sell PPVs, but not first-time PPV headliners. Crawford-Postol was $60, Ward-Kovalev I & II was $65-70.

300-350k is really good for someone making their PPV debut without a star opponent. That's also the range Canelo/Floyd/Pacman were doing against non-star opponents. Floyd up until Oscar, and same with Pacman. Will be interesting to see how much buzz the fight generates during fight week next week.

That undercard is garbage. I would probably still buy it if I could. I here they are making it available online but they probably won't make it so people abroad can purchase it. Plus I'm sure AFN will get the fight for free, they usually hook up the military

That’s exactly what I worked it out to be yesterday 350k, I know Joshua/Fury would definitely sell more than 1.5plus in the U.K. at 25 dollars but 350k is still a great number to be able to make Joshua/Wilder a reality. And when I say reality then am think a nice percentage for Team Wilder. But like we have been saying let’s see how it plays out come December.

Definitely looking forward to it, my only issue is can I get up early in the morning for this fight. By the time they both touch gloves it would be 5am here.

If Wilder wins impressively, his star power increases tremendously. He'll be back on Showtime or Fox and then the Ortiz rematch is probably PPV as well. That could do upwards of over 500K. It doesn't take much to outgross UK revenue in the US. 500K PPV in the US = 1.5m in the UK. But Wilder has to prove it first.
