Uh no, that's not how it works.

Remember when Khan-Peterson II was cancelled?

Peterson was under the limit for normal testosterone levels and he would have been licensed in Nevada without OSDT.

But his VADA test popped for synthetic testosterone, which wasn't yet banned by the Nevada State Athletic Commission. Under the NSAC standards Peterson was good to go, but because both fighters had signed up for more stringent testing, the Nevada commission also had to consider the VADA rules and results when deciding to license both fighters.

Keith Kizer of NSAC denied Peterson a license and gave him the option of having a hearing, just as the Mass commission did with Saunders, but GBP went ahead and cancelled the fight without bothering with the formality of the hearing.

I don't know where you heard that athletic commissions in America are suppose to ignore a fighter failing an OSDT that they signed up for, but you are mistaken.

If that's the case Canelo should have been granted permission to fight May 5th.

AFAIK synthetic test has always been banned without a TUE. OSDT is WADA, they set the rules for olympic testing. Under their rules Saunders did nothing wrong under any commissions rules he did nothing wrong. Only VADA's rules.

Clen is banned under NSAC rules. Ephedrine out of competition isn't. So no, you're wrong.

Clearly he has been abusing it, we hear no peep from Sounders, to the contrary he gave up willingly his belt without putting up a fight (appeal) that the Corrupt UKAD and WADA allowed fighters to cheat is a different subject but Beatle Juice Sounders has been juicing is very, very possible.
Canelo at least fought it off and was exonerated, Beatle Juice Sounders does the opposite after swearing he would appeal Hhhmmm highly su****ious!

                You think ephedrine is juicing?

WADA is the standard for drug testing in the Olympics and nearly all sports. They allow it out of competition, so obviously they don't see it as giving a big advantage. If all athletes are allowed to use it and it's not illegal, how is it cheating?

You're really dumb. Avoid discussions about drugs.

Not if it fell within normal levels, they didn't do CIR testing back then. As long as it was under 6:1, you were good.

OSDT stands for Olympics Style Drug Testing, not any one particular organization.

And that's what Saunders signed up for. VADA testing. Not UKAD, not USADA, not WADA, not RUSADA. VADA.

When a fighter fails an OSDT that they signed up for, the local commission denies their request for a license. That's how it works.

Than explain to me why Beatle Juice Sounders is walking away without putting up a fight? and by the way a believe Conte whose an expert in PEDs than you or UKAD or WADA, USADA as they have been known to be so lenient, a/k/a IV scandal and Peterson's synthetic Testosterone with cheaters.
