"Even though this is a troll thread, the rematch is being discussed very quietly right now and it's a topic worth addressing."

"If Pacquiao wins, a rematch with Mayweather becomes a possibility. He'll be totally free from Top Rank, he'll have a legit world title, and Mayweather has already told him he would consider coming out of retirement if Pacquiao signed with Mayweather promotions for the rematch."

"Too early in the process to say how likely it is, but it's in the early stages of discussion. Manny is broke and has major IRS problems. This is his ticket out. If he looks vulnerable, but manages to win the title, it's going to be tempting for Floyd."

Nah..Just Floyd doing his usual trolling and attention whoring whenever there’s a big fight involving Canelo and Golden Boy promotion.

I don't believe that fight would happen and if it did I don't believe any of the fighters can make anything remotely close to 9 figures. The interest in this fight isn't in the same stratosphere as the first one. It would be a miracle if that fight made even half of what the first fight made imo.
I'm a huge Mayweather fan and I think that he has a very strong case for being te best fighter ever, however I'd have the odds for the rematch a lot closer than they were in the first fight. I think Pacquiao fought a lot more since then and he's a lot more in his zone, Floyd looked totally off in the Mcgregor fight and I don't think it was a part of his game plan. I think Floyd knows that though and I think he's just talking.
