Exactly. Too soon for either to talk themselves up too much.

Great fighters, though, and would love to see them against each other, and also against Porter and Thurman.

I would say Crawford’s career is better to this point but Spence has the better “Welterweight Resume.” So Spence should be considered a better “Welterweight,” now.

Crawford’s notable wins: (3) division champion. He beat (4) former World Champions.

Viktor Postol (former WBC World Lightweight belt)

Yuriorkis Gamboa (former WBA World & Super Lightweight & WBA Super Featherweight & IBF World Lightweight belts)

Julius Indongo (former IBF, IBO, & WBA World Super Lightweight belts)

Jeff Horn (former WBO World Welterweight belt)

Spence’s notable wins: (1) division champion. He beat (3) former World Champions

Chris Algieri (former WBO World Super Lightweight belt)

Lamont Peterson (former WBO, WBA, WBC & I BF World Super Lightweight belt holder & WBA World Welterweight belt)

Kell Brook (former IBF World Welterweight belt)

Guess how many fights Spence has had now, and how many years he's been active? Yep, 24 and 6. Why aren't you giving Spence the same benefit of the doubt?

Also, lol @ the struggling to make weight excuse.
Ok who has Spence fought since Brook? Spence is far more hyped than Crawford, all I read on here is how Spence is avoided by everybody and would crush all the welterweights without fighting any of them...

I already said it wasn't an excuse. I mentioned in a previous post that even if Brook didn't have the weight cut issue and hadn't lost to GGG he still would have likely lost to Spence. My point is that he likely wouldn't be as dominant in that fight. If you dispute that as an excuse then there really isn't anything else to say.

Keep saying he's on the wrong side of the street but when this fight happens Crawford will win

I like Crawford a lot, but his resume is s**t compared to Spence's lol we all knew Crawford was gonna beat Horn like, same with Postol. We're not gonna see this fight unless Crawford leaves Top Rank.

Bud is going to surgically dispatch Spence. I cannot give Spence props for fighting a guy who is a 135 title holder next. That weak sauce. A battered and beaten Kell Brook jumping down to fight Spence holds little merit with me as well. We are comparing resumes to a 3 division champion who has unified in a weight class and beat 2 undfeated gold medalist. No one since Gamboa has remotely challenged his reign and even Gamboa kissed the canvas 4 times.

Both have shown to have great skills & are considered right now the best by many..If this fight were to get done it would be equivalent to the 1st Sugar Ray Leon/Tommy Hearns fight. From what I've seen I lean more towards Crawford winning.

Close, close fight if it happens.
If it does I’m edging towards Crawford, it’s not just I think he’s better technically but has a better boxing IQ in my opinion. If in doubt i’ll always lean to the fighter who can make adjustments over the guy with the edge in power.

Khan is terrified of losing to Brook, and if he doesn't get Pac, it's possible he would take the Crawford fight. Eddie doesn't have any welterweight belts in his stable, so if he can't land Pac and he can't match Khan and Brook, he may be forced to do business with other promoters and networks outside of DAZN.
I don't think Khan isn't trying to fight anyone with any semblance of punching power. I think he'll fight and KO bums, declare himself the greatest, while chasing Pac until Pac retires.

I don’t think Spence comes across well in this article either. Always thought he sounded quite humble and knowledgable in the past.
Postol is better than algieri, and trashing Matthysse to support the opinion that he isn’t seems pretty dumb given Matthysse easily beat provodnikov which is Algieri’s best win and obliterate Peterson which is one of best names on spences own resume.
