he simply started to get outboxed badly... He took huge combos that most hw's would be hurt by, and though he got knocked down he kept fighting on... and the stoppage was complete bs he would have been able to go on because Lewis was very tired

to briggs credit he did rock lewis in that fight, he could have scored the kayo, but his own chin betrayed him.

Briggs has really bad asthma...that could have alot to do with it. He's gassed after about 5 rounds.

IMO that was a typical Lewis fight from that stage of his career. Lewis went after him right away and he tried to end it early as well, if he had fought a more conservative fight, he may have been able to catch Lewis, but he brawled instead...

of the 129 posts youve made on this forum i have to believe that 115 have been in reference to how good, how tough or how not-fat shannon briggs seems to you. at this point i have to write you off as a joke, maybe briggs' second cousin considering the vast supidity of some of these posts.
