According to WBC, IBO, WBA middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin (38-0-1, 34 KOs), he was never bothered by the punching power of Canelo Alvarez (49-1-2, 34 KOs) when they collided in September 2017. The fact that Canelo had the audcatity to complain about getting a draw in a fight he deserved to lose shows his level of entitlement. He's of the mindset that if he goes 12, the decision should just be handed to him. As it has been in the past. Same way he thinks that his positive tests should be forgiven, forgotten and never brought up.

So Canelo is not a heavy puncher yet ggg abandoned going to the body simply beacause........ the only thing ggg did better in their first fight is land more jabs. Canelo outlanded him in body and power punches
