Seriously though, why not fight Pulev or Ortiz as was previously discussed, or give Chisora a rematch? The first one was an exciting fight. What does Charr even bring to the table? He's a c-level fighter and he has a fight scheduled against Fres Oquendo in late September anyway.
The UK fan vote was Wilder but no way Wilder does that so ..
Chisora again would be ok.
Miller would be great.
I'd like the Ortiz fight but Ortiz dosn't have a great rep in the UK
and I can't see this selling Stateside everyone in teh States seems not to rate the WBC #1 .. now if Hearn could have sold its as a final eliminator but no way the WBC will let that happen.
I think any of the top 10 WBA ranked fighters could take down Charr and there are some tasty matchups in there too. Takam v Miller would be a nice undercard fight for the AJ v Povetkin fight on 22/09.
Look for Whyte to fight Hearn for forcing him to go for some elocution lessons.
In all seriousness I think it's going to be Whyte -v- Miller in December. Miller needs to build a profile and even with a loss to Whyte it will be an exciting fight.
I wonder if any of the WBSS cruisers want to move up? I don't think Gassiev would be heading up just yet, but Dorticos or Kudryashov? Breidis KOd Charr, why not ask him to move up? Would be a fun fight.
This is why i hate all these "Added belts".... Miller would be the perfect fight for him in america. If i was him i would look to do one over Joshua and fight someone like Miller, Would Miller take the fight? Who knows but i guess with Whyte starting his own PPV in the UK now, he might not think running over to america is a good idea.
