I guess this was fake news.
So was this one .
I bet he did and retracted.
One of your links has been auto censored. The other didn't load properly on my tablet, but the use of quote marks suggests the journalist didn't have solid info on the nature of the offer.
Finkel said the initial offer had a 48 hour limit and was take it or leave it. Hearn denied both points. Frankly I don't care, I'm bored senseless of both the antics of the principals and the resulting circus on here.

And how can you say Wilder brings nothing to the table when he offered Joshua $50 million plus PPV upside?
AJ is a fckn shameless coward. Period.
"Give me $50 million I'll sign tomorrow." The coward got his card pulled.
Now the goalpost moves to the location.
AJ fanboys have zero credibility after spending weeks calling Wilder's offer a PR stunt.

Lowball offers are masked ducks to me .
a reasonable offer in good faith lol, we are talking about boxing promoters here, they are slimey individuals, its their jobs to get the best deal for their fighter
12.5 mil will not be the final offer and im sure never was intended to be

However if the fight makes more money in the states and Joshua being the A side has decided that he can afford to take a financial loss surely it’s not fair to suggest his opponent should also take a financial loss in order for Joshua to feel more comfortable in his surrroundings. I am pro Joshua but Deontay should be rewarded for travelling and secondly being out of pocket. Team wilder are my enemy but even enemies can show respect when it’s time

Joshua already draws 80-90,000. They aren’t going to build a new stadium seating 150,000 because he was nice to fans.
Eddie Hearn doesn’t control the promotion if it’s in the US. If you think he’s more concerned with the fans than that fact, then you are being naive and there really isn’t a need to discuss this further with you.
And I'm clearly not talking about Hearn, I'm talking about Joshua.

If he’s exercising his ‘A?side on venue rather than purse, he needs to give up the $$$.
