What if Golovkin had done a Hagler on Canelita?

Hagler was actually a good boxer, better than GGG. so there was a method to his madness. Obviously you're talking about the Hearns fight but Tommy was the one who started the war, Hagler welcomed it and finished it. GGG would to if Canelo came at him like Hearns did.

GGG is very good and he has an iron jaw be he still can't be careless and reckless with a puncher like Canelo. Canelo has KOed guys with one good punch. Neither guy is likely to forget defense and go full out for a KO because they both know how risky that is.

How many SMWs do you see climbing up in a ring with their bellies hanging over their shorts like that?
GGG isn't a SMW - he's a 35 yo MW who relaxed and put on weight while out of the gym for months living at home with his wife and family.
T Crawford posted a pic of himself standing on the scales weighing 177lbs during a training break. Does that mean Crawford should be fighting at cruiserweight?
One thing that "Tubby G" pic proves beyond any reasonable doubt is that Golovkin isn't doing steroid cycles in between camps, btw.

Gingerman gets destroyed and is back to the drawing board, his star status and overall health very much in doubt.
Gennady goes in search of another worthy opponent and gives Jacobs a return for a paltry 7 mill $, and this time KO s him.
After another easy KO of Sanders for 8 mill $, he goes for a rematch with Gingerman in 2020, but gets an injury in training camp and has to relinquish his titles, then retires for good.
Wouldn't he have been much better letting Canelo coast to hear the final bell the first time?
He would have made twice or thrice as much money overall with the immediate return; why risk everything when so close to the end of his career, with so much riches to gain at last?
What would YOU have done if in Gennady's shoes?

Golovkin sinks much, much bigger and taller Lemieux with a body shot but he's going to be fearful of ginger midget who couldn't even deck once over the hill, 64 year old super lightweight Cotto ?
Who spouts this nonsense?
Superfights have been ended by single bodyshots; the way to kill the head is by killing the body.
No BS from Sanchez will ever change that.
