when will golovkin fulfill his lifelong dream?

what age do you think gennady golovkin will fulfill his "Dream" to unify the MW division?

keep in mind golovkin has passed legacy defining fights in order to reach his dream....also keep in mind hes taken step aside money from Jr MWs to let them play with the WBC belt for awhile.....

he still needs that WBO belt....which makes me wonder why hes going after canelo again instead of saunders....but i wont knock him for going after the brinks truck....just always thought it was his big dream to get all them trinkets

Sadly, Ward was inactive when Golovkin was calling out fighters. That was how many years ago? Three, four?

Which means Ward had plenty of time calling GGG's bluff.

        Didn't do anything.

Today GGG has plenty of options to stay in his division.

If this is about GGG ducking Ward again doe.

I say "A". 2018 looks like the year GGG will fully unify the MW division. BJS made a crystal clear statement that he was a top (and final) MW belt holder with his decisive win over David Lemiuex. Now it's just a matter of time before this fight happens. If negotiations between GGG and Alvarez continue to stall for a rematch, I can see GGG walking away from a rematch and making an offer to team Saunders to unify the division once and for all. GGG fights better when he stays active, and this waiting around every six months for a fight to happen or not isn't in his best interest. As much buzz as the first fight generated, I don't believe an immediate rematch is necessarily a "must do" for GGG. The rematch can happen at a later date if both GGG and Canelo continue with their winning ways. A lot of folks say Canelo is in the drivers seat,...and from a monetary standpoint, yes I agree, but played from a champion angle, GGG is also in the drivers seat because in a way, should he move forward to a unification fight with Saunders, Canelo will need to step into the ring against a top rated contender like DJ, Charlo, Derevenchencko (SP?), etc. Any other lower tiered fighter would just make Canelo look like a cherry-picker with his popularity continuing to decline, and quite possibly his PPV ratings drop making a potential fight with him not nearly as attractive/lucrative as it once was. GGG has some good avenues to take this year an a unification fight with BJS is very possible as long as BJS is interested in taking the fight.

"All the belts is my dream" was nothing but a lie, an excuse to duck Ward after talking all that **** about anyone 154-168, everyone ducking him etc.

Gullible Gennady Groupies gobbled it up, like they always do.

saunders already talking "retirement" lol...which is a joke...but hey fury basically did it....so its hard to gauge saunders real interest.....is there enough money in it?

and lets put it this way...if canelo has to move on from ggg rematch and face a DJ, charlo etc.....its probably just as dangerous for GGG to take on a slick lefty like saunders at this point

both guys risk losing the ggg/canelo fight if they dont make it for may....id say the risk is about even for both guys

although probably a longshot i would never rule out canelo saying hes burnt out and taking a break or pulling some rabbit out of his hat with a catchweight fight with someone

that dream ended when he passed on a saunders fight for june 2017.

he will lose in 2018 and never become undisputed.

Can he beat Saunders to unify the division is the better question. I don't think he can. Saunders is too good now.
