Hypekin was willing to negotiate on weight with Rosado..... and he was willing to fight any other JMW at 154..... so why not Cotto and Canelo?

Is there scientific data to indicate difference in functionality, or are we to operate off of assumption, speculation, and conjecture? Regardless the aesthetic difference, the governing bodies have decided that there is to be a line between the two weights, and that the two weights are in different divisions.
