Well said... although Toney is so physicaly disadvantaged against Wlad that would be my only concern. Toney is actually a junior middle who is fighting and beating heavies. (he does not get enough props). Even if he lost the fight he should get props just for even being able to step into the ring and last with a guy who is a natural heavy and is so much larger than he. Besides that Toney is no longer a spring chicken.

What iam say is yea toney, being a pro should always be inshape but the point iam trying to make is James Toney does something every fight weather inshape out of shape middleweight or heavyweight that every boxers does in a fight For very shorts limited periods of times they stand in the pocket, and fight from the pocket in burst and then get out and reset and jab ther way in again! james Toney stays in the pocket 90% of the time with who ever it don't matter who he fights He is a master! yea he is his own worst enemy! sure anyboby can be beat But dam it's the most dangerous place to be playing the boxing game! and he does it sooo well! its the science And toney can play that game with anyone and everyone and i cant think of to many other fighters that can do that and be so successful all great fighters have different strategies for different fighters not toney its right there! thats just my opinion!

I personally think that $2.5 million is a pretty fair request by Toney. I mean c'mon! That way Toney can atleast pocket a clean million out of that. I think the Klitschko camp should give Toney the $2.5 and see if he takes it. If he doesn't then he is scared. Wlad has a lot more to gain with this fight then Toney does. The plan here for Wlad is to take Toney out of the picture so Wladdy can go after the winner of Rahman/Maskaev and the wbc belt next. It is a smart move and Wlad better not blow it by being a cheapscate! If you want title shots, some times you have to pay for them.
