This really shouldn't have been a surprise. Just more excuses.

He is talking like that was some razor sharp Mayweather that Conor fought. I thought Conor fought the worst, slowest sloppiest version of Mayweather I have ever seen. I couldn't believe how bad Mayweather looked. He look like a poor imitation of the real Mayweather and he still beat Conor with ease.

This goes to show you what a moron this "striking coach is" he really believes Floyd was in trouble baffled had to go to plan b and c. Floyd held high guard waited for you to tire then walked you down rope a doped you kod you landed combos easy no response

I was surprised too that Floyd went pedal to the metal.

What adjustments? Floyd did exactly what he said he was going to do. He stood in the middle of the ring and let Conor blow his energy and then walked right through him. The silliness of people things that Floyd was ever in trouble is legit funny.Floyd said for WEEKS before the fight what he was going to do. It just goes to show you how less skilled mma fighters really are. I don't take anything away from them but at the end of the day Boxers are light years ahead of MMA guys.

Isn't that crazy though? Mayweather set the bar so high for himself that people couldn't believe how bad he looked although he was 40 years old coming off of a two year retirement.

He definitely retired at the right time.

Surprised? Why because Mayweather finally stepped on the gas against a non-boxer? Evidently he hasn't done that with "boxers" in many many years.

He gave you enough clues before the fight! Why was this a surprise?

The only thing that surprised me was how non-sharp Mayweather looked. In every fight previous, he's looked sharp. Regardless of how close a contest it's ended up being, he's been pinpoint accurate and deadly sharp with those punches, and timing perfectly with his defense and those counters.

He looked like crap in this fight by comparison.

I don't know why McGregor didn't hire a proper boxing coach for that fight. Such a bizarre decision to stick with an MMA coach for a boxing bout against Floyd Mayweather.
