Canelo also said, he will show GGG how a true Mexican fights. LIAR!!! You show on that match how to be wary & back pedalling most of the time.

Heres my prediction, and hopefully I'm wrong. Canelo will not go for an immediate rematch with ggg. Golden boy saw him at his best still not be good enough to handle a declining ggg. They will have Canelo go back to Canelo fighting the beefy smith's and amir khans of the world for 2 more fights while ggg will likely rematch jacobs. Once ggg has slowed up and aged a little more, then they will shoot for the rematch. Most likely early 2019.

Canelo proved he was the better boxer! However he made the same mistake as Oscar did vs. Trinidad! GGG was very winded, yet Canelo failed to press him! The only good that can come out of a rematch, is that maybe Haymon can convince Charlo to face Jacobs next! No need to sit around and wait a year for a title shot! Charlo vs. Jacobs! Make it happen!
Golovkin was the one consistently setting up counters (mainly the right hand over the jab) canelo had to make do with a combo hoping to hit golovkin with one (skimmers mainly), despite an overwhelming speed advantage, golovkin maneuvered this kid all night and stressed his reflexes and headmovement before wacking him (watch rd 3 for them, beautifully set up left hooks reminscent of the stevens kd), this is all while golovkin is constantly infront of the guy for canelo to work some magic but the guy can't get nothing off that gennady doesnt see. Golovkin outsmarted and controlled(ring generalship) the guy all night yet canelo is the better boxer?

Your confusing boxing skills with speed, athleticism and flashiness. He's a decent counter-puncher, but he simply wasnt smarter or if we are talking strictly on the outboxing style I.e. fighting from outside and not technical skill, that to, golovkin is better at.

This isnt to say the fight wasnt close.

I understand your logic here but it's not a great comparison. Lara out landed Canelo despite being on the move and limited Canelo to a 23% connect rate. Canelo moved vs ggg but threw and landed less punches while ggg landed at a percentage of over 30% . The movement isn't the issue, it's whether you're landing punches while moving and whether your movement is effective defensively. That wasn't the case for canelo last night.

Since GGG stepped up to fighting world class fighters he has looked terrible his last 3 fights. For the second fight in a row he was outlanded in power shots, and he was being outlanded in power shots in the brook fight as well until the last round of that fight. Gets hit way too easy and is slow as phuk. GGG was supposed to be the bigger puncher yet look at his face after the fight. News flash GGG ain't what you hyped him up to be and now that he ain't fighting tomato cans no more he is exposed. Its not age je just was blowing out nobodies.

Never came close to hurting canelo, missed badly all night, came forward but it was mostly ineffective pressure and all the clean hard shots were landed by canelo not the so called monster GGG.

well it kept canelo pretty honest thats for sure, he seemed to like sitting on them ropes. Thats the second supposedly offensive fighter in a row whos spent the whole fight pedalling back from golovkin.

bullsheet.. lederman and espn had it 118-112 for GGG. lederman like him or not is 99% accurate with his scoring. las vegas is a *** run corrupt s h i thole and del la hoya and Hopkins who have canelo are two corrupt POS. remember del la hoya faking getting KO'd by Hopkins with a body punch? they went partners after that
