I'm hoping he does, the sooner this clown leaves boxing the better... and I have loads of respect for him as an MMA fighter, but hes exactly that, not a boxer.

Teddy is on first take right now and he summed up how I think a lot of boxing fans feel. Someone please post if you don't mind.

Chris Eubank was on MMA Hour today and said that his own fight against Steve Collins is a blueprint for a McGregor win. His view (believe it or not) is that if McGregor plans to make it an assault like that, he wins by decision.

Why this fight might be interesting?

In UFC, All the best masters of the martial arts game fought each other, most were black belters in their chosen craft especially in the infancy of UFC. All were saying their craft was better than their opponents martial arts. But, at the end of the day, in the octagon, one will win and the other will lick their wounds. They don't come in the fight game thinking their opponents who are the best of their chosen crafts, who are black belters as well are better than themselves. They come in, thinking they will win. That is Conor's mentality coming into this fight.

What I'm saying is, in the mixed martial arts world. They all say they gonna win against their supposed unbeatable opponent with all different mixed martial artist skill set. Even if they heard their opponent is the best of the Martial arts that he was in. Same as this Conor Floyd fight. Conor is coming thinking Floyd is just in another mixed martial art, that he will prove that his skill set is better than Floyd's.

But, in all the bravado one will win. Conor, says he can, and has proven his craft is better than other mixed martial artist that competed with him. Now he wants to say he's mixed martial skill set is better than boxing in itself, as he have found out, he has not called for any boxing trainer to teach him the art of boxing.

Why he didn't get a boxing trainer? He didn't want to fuvk up his understanding of the fight game. He didn't want rewiring. he wants to come in as a mixed martial artist.

Conor is coming in, not thinking he is going to the realm of boxing. But the realm of striking. That is why he didn't want to learn from a boxing trainer. He is coming in as a mixed martial artist point of view.

Think of Bruce Lee vs a boxer. That's what this fight is about. A martial artist vs a boxer.

Question is, can McGregor land that sweet precise punch. There is such a thing as a punchers chance.

And even SRL, thinks McGregor can punch, and has a punchers chance. And to some, is not even just a punchers chance. McGregor is coming in a kungfu stance vs a boxer. That in itself will be fun to watch, to see how Floyd adjusts to an opponent with a non boxing stance.

Don't discount Conor as having no chance at all.

Conor will be a bigger man in the ring @ 170. You only have to look at the size of their heads to see who can take more punishment. Floyd's head is like a melon, Conor's head is as big as a basketball. Conor will be taking some hits, but he will turn this into a fight and bull rush him. Will it be effective? Only time will tell.

If Conor punches stings and lands on the money and hurts Floyd early. Conor can bulldoze his way to a victory. A big IF, but it can happen.

Remember, ***** won the presidency. Anything can happen in the ring. Especially to a much bigger man @ 170.

Look at the size of the heads. This tells me Conor can take some pain to throw some pain back.
