Think about it doe, Saunders is a much bigger fight than these two & will have a belt,Canelos fighting ggg whos proven more than these 2,(really 1 as jermalls better stronger of 2). Why would you fight them yet if your canelo,GGG had the chance to fight them or Lara/Andrade but he chose brook 4 $$,If canelo beats GGG then he will surely fight them after saunders/monroe, as they'll become the new boogieman who theyll say hes ducking,its chess not checkers,how can anyone say ANY fighters supposed to fight the biggest names fight after fight,they do a title defense or 2 as its ****** not to then the fight gets bigger.

ok, but I'm saying that they were both better choices all around than Liam Smith. They're from Texas, and vs canelo in Dallas would've been huge. They were more respected champions than Smith but the only draw back for golden boy is that they're both more dangerous than Smith. Everyone else Canelo fought made more business sense than fighting them, but not Smith. He just offered less risk.

Really ******s? Hes fought so many fighters with as good a ko percentage as himself or better,who have these killer charlos been fighting? Trout who jermall robbed after he lost twice,& a bunch of other featherfisted bums. Why dont they fight anyone considered a strong puncher,the irony is most canelos fights were against bigger punchers than charlos with way better resumes. I am not at all convinced that Canelo defeated Miguel Cotto who Austin Trout easily outpointed. Actually I thought Ginger lost his fight to Miguel. He was very inactive in that fight and only came on strong at the end when Cotto began to tire in the later rounds. In addition, for much of that bout Cotto was the busier of the two fighters and was consistently beating Alvarez to the punch. Canelo on the other hand probably won the fight on just clean punching alone as he was only landing single clean punches at a time to Cotto's multiple punches at a time.

Then why are both charlos 27 & fought bums instead of fighting lara/andrade? If their being ducked then why aren't they considered ducking?

Lara is a stablemate and one of them were signed to fight Andrade in Dec 2015 I think, and Andrade backed out

I see a lot of people in the thread slating the Charlos but the reality is that if you are fighting the Amir Khan and Liam Smith types then of course the more legitimate 154lbers are gonna feel like they're being avoided.
