I vote with my wallet. I bought none of those fights. And if I had to buy Broner/Garcia, I wouldn't buy that, either. PPV model is really dead, with the exception of Canelo, and even his aren't doing that well.

i agree but mikey vs broner and that whole card is way more stacked than any of those ppv's i mentioned! also broner and mikey are more well known than crawford or valdez or kovalev! but pbc gave use thurman vs danny and thurman vs porter for free so they are obviously trying to kill the ppv model! more power to them!

Styles make fights... Garcia is not a pressure fighter, and is very picky with his shots. Thus, a slow paced fight which favours Broner. If he can make weight comfortably, and had a good camp, I say AB will surprise his haters and shock Garcia.

PBC has had some great cards this year.....even HBO had a great card last weekend for free. This year overall has been great. I like what PBC is doing, and now it seems like Top Rank is getting into the act. What is killing PPV? Crappy fights with bad undercards and people would rather stream them than pay $80. I think that is the reality of the situation.

I feel Garcia has more to prove than Broner. This is going to be one of Garcia's toughest fight because of the sleek nature of Broner.

hbo has 1 good card every 6 months! Also so much free boxing on multiple platforms is discouraging people from paying ppv prices! British promoters are smart they only charge 20 pounds for ppv's! American promoters are just greedy leeches!

The market is definitely changing, and yes, American promoters are greedy (and lazy). I think Ward/Kovalev could have been more successful, but there was no promotion. Whatever happened to selling a fight?

ward and kovalev are both divas and lazy promoters! they didnt even put in 10% of the work floyd and conor are putting in to promote such a huge event! that explains why certain guys are way more popular than other! ward and kovalev show up to press conferences and never say anything interesting! then when its time for interviews its always the same rehearsed lines like politicians mostly... for ppv fights you have to go out of your way to promote unless you have a country behind you like canelo and manny do...

One could almost feel sorry for Bonehedd if one wasn't a close follower of the sport. Almost. But even if he comes off with a Hail Mary and stops the obviously superior fighter Garcia... I think it's safe to say Bonehedd won't gain many if any fans. Because knowledgeable fans would know it was just another one-off performance and nothing more. At this level, a fighter HAS to be consistent... for obvious reasons. And his dedication level is weak at best, so truth be told we can't expect consistency from him.

I'm actually more interested in how the Baby Miller/Washington fight will turn out. To me that's a true 50/50 affair.
