They were going to lose the lawsuit. Oscar, Floyd JR and Floyd SR went on record and committed slander publicly and accused Manny of PED in response to failed negotiation over drug testing.

Neither Floyd or Manny were on trail for PED use. This was about defamation of character.

Pacquiao chose a lawsuit instead of taking the test and making history.

The answer I gave had everything to do with why I feel that Floyd most likely took PEDS. It was Insinuated that because Pacquiao tried Illegal street drugs as a kid, that he most likely took Peds.

So If Floyd's family were drug addicts why should I not make the same Insinuations? You guys love to dish It out but when Floyd has done the same things as Manny and Is called out on It you get defensive. Just like you did when people were making fun of Floyd for not paying his taxes yet Manny had tax Issues and you had no problems making fun of him for It.

Why the double standards? Everything that you guys have complained and made fun of Pacquiao about, Floyd has done also.
