Extremely Dirty lol, but hey he got away with it. The ref didn't even warn him for nothing I was laughing hard, I bet you the other dirty slick boxers wish they had fought with that ref he let it become a straight up street fight no interference at all.

Horn is probably the dirtiest fighter in the game right under Orlando Salido, forearm in the neck, elbows in the eye, elbows after punching, different head butt rams, chokes leaning on Pacs neck. Horn was like Hopkins on steroids, also he was blatant with the tactics no hiding it, while Hopkins is SLICK with it he doesn't let the ref see his tactics and is discreet with it, Horn said **** it Im going to make this a street fight and rough and tumble, Manny couldn't handle that **** man I watched the fight three times already its up there as one of the best of this year a real barn burner for sure.

Horn used to be a kickboxer or karate guy before boxing I think.

All I can say is if the ref didnt see it and didnt care, there is nothing you can do.

Well, Horn was quaoted as saying he had a "10 point plan" with Pacquiao...besides the elbows, wrestling, headbutts, etc, I wonder what the other 7 points were-lol

He has a future in cage fighting. Pac was ragdolled in the inside when they tide up and the judges must of favored that type of aggression but Pac was demonstrating class, take for instance the final round if anyone scored it for Horn I gather they prefer brute force over technical proficiency.

How he got away with that all night is amazing, i would be pissed and Manny never complained to the ref wtf.

He is a dirty fighter, no doubt - worse than Ward IMO because Ward actually has some skill as well.

But it is NOT his fault - the blame lies with the referee.
