Bruce Lee should be respected and admired for his philosophy towards martial arts and fighting in general. I always got the sense that he trained for real life fighting and defense, not so much for a sport with rules. I know some Krav **** guys that would get schooled in a boxing or jujitsu amateur bout but would destroy combat sports guys in a no rules-anything goes type of fight.

His problem will be guys who are wrestlers and have backgrounds in their ground game!
I wouldn't be surprised to see Lee get out of a couple grapples or takedowns but eventually someone will catch him, someone bigger and faster or just way better than him on the ground!
you must not know about bruce lee... he's pretty much the 1st one to cross train in other styles and incorporate them into his jkd system.
He's trained with highly regarded masters in judo, tae kwon do, of course his wang chun from man yip.
and also any karateka/martial artist from those days can tell you that there were dojo challenges all the time... behind closed doors and no cameras etc.

Is this seriously a real fight? I know Bruce Lee was a god but man, this just looks like he's completely toying with that guy.

Tell you what, Jean Claude Van Damme was not skinny but he was also a "movie star" and he actually competed in competitions and won. Just cause a person is a movie star doesn't mean ****.

bruce lee was a street fighter at absolute best. an actor at worst.
no weight classes in a street fight, guy. kimbo slice would f#cking destroy this clown. rip his soul.
