Even though I think AJ level of opponents has been slightly better than Wilder, I still think Wilder is technically better, he uses his jab well, can move a lot better and he also has power. However I DO want to see him fight someone better before he faces AJ. He beats AJ IMO on decision.

AJ came back from a KD to stop Vlad. People said AJ doesn't have a chin after he got hit in Whyte fight even though he didn't go down.

Now he goes down but recovers and still wins the fight but he still doesn't have a good chin? What is a good chin then? If you don't go down you get criticised, if you go down and get up you get criticised.. He can never win.

It's HW.. with guys this big they can KO anyone if they connect with the correct shot.

After watching that video I say Butterbean has a decent chance against Wilder.

Jabbed the crap out of wilder lol.
        AJ easiley disposed of Molina
Wilder didn't go life and death with Molina. Molina probably didn't win a single round in the fight. Joshua had a better outing against Molina. But Wilder beat him pretty easily himself.

Either way, triangle theories don't always work out in boxing. Floyd literally went life and death with Castillo. Hatton destroyed Castillo. Floyd whipped Hatton. Mosley lost to Cotto. Cotto lost to Margarito. Mosley destroyed Margarito. Ali lost to Frazier. Foreman destroyed Frazier. Ali Beat Foreman. And the list goes on and on.

You can see why both Joshua and Wilder stay away from Ortiz.

All this talk and when AJ was asked who he wants to fight he didn't mention Wilder.

Joshua is definitely a favorite over Wilder. He's a more polished fighter. I like the point you made about Wilder being fired up and coming to win. I think AJ can outbox Wilder, play it safe, and wait for Deontay to make mistakes, which he will, to land big shots on him. The only concern I have if I'm on the Joshua side is of AJ is forced to step on the gas, will he be fatigued if he doesn't finish Wilder like what happen in the fifth against Wlad. Because I don't know if he'll have 3-4 rounds to catch his second wind of he does. I don't think he survives 3-4 rounds against Wilder like he did against Wlad trying to catch a second wind. But the reality is, he may not have to. Because he was losing the "boxing match" against Wlad. Or at the very least you could see that Wlad was figuring him out, and finding a home for that jab and straight right hand. I think AJ wins the tactical battle with Wilder and it will be Deontay that will be forced to go to another gear, and/or take chances in order to change the flow of the fight.

Wlad like communism rots & crumbles when faced with adversity

From 2005 on the fraud Wlad fought nobodies and bums making a false record and a fake reputation as a heavy champion. What a hoot.
2005-Peter-Bryd -Brock-Austin-Brewster-Igbragimov-Thompson-Rahman-Chageav-Peter again- Mormeck-Haye-Thompson again-Wach the robot-Pianeta-Povetkin-Leapea-Pulev-Jennings- pretty much all bums with 2 peter wins and 2 tony T wins. Who the hell was any good. Wlad is a fake champ who was never really tested till the end. Wlad was an average tall gangly heavy with average skills beating on bums making a fake rep. FACT. So glad to see Fury and Joshua pop that fraud's fake phony bubble of pseudo greatness and bring that communist back to reality and then shame. WlaD WILL now go down as a stiff who fought nobody good.

Those guys were "bums" because a)Heavyweights didn't take their fitness seriously; and b)Wlad DID and beat the hell out of them.

Fury and Joshua didn't "pop that fraud's fake phony bubble"; Fury won a snoozefest by decision and Joshua got caught in a fight he was behind on until the 11th round. Klitschko was 39 and 41 years of age in those respective fights going against dudes in their prime and he still looked good. His showing against Joshua made him look better, if anything. He moved well, defended well until the 11th, and was otherwise frustrating and outboxing AJ to that point. Not to mention the clean right that put AJ down for the first time in his career.

Now go back to the kid's table and let the grown ups talk.

Well, to be fair that doesnt look like a real knockdown, Wilder wasnt hurt, it was just an off-balance kind of thing. You clearly see he wasnt hurt. I dont like Wilder and think hes overrated, but this "knockdown" is no proof for anything.

Totally agree! The only reasonably good fighters Wlad beat were Chris Byrd, who beat Holyfield; Hasim Rahman, who KO'd Lennox Lewis; and David Haye, famed for beating the tallest world champion in history.
