No it isn't. You can say that about guys like ODLH, Maidana, Cotto, but Canelo got spanked silly in that fight, it wasn't even close to close. He was basically swept worse than any previous Floyd opponent since Floyd first won a title.

I don't really give a crap about either Canelo or Chavez, but a Chavez victory would disrupt the GB apple cart and force ODH to loosen his "A-side" grip at the negotiation table and give less BS demands to future Canelo opponents, and force Canelo to take fights he wouldn't normally take with more formidable opponents and not the Liams Smiths of the boxing world. It will be great for the sport as a whole. And who knows, this might be a rebirth of Chavez' carrier and a golden opportunity live up to his fathers namesake with a career defining win. Perhaps an immediate showdown with GGG instead of the continued stalling of camp Canelo to face the man he's avoided like the plague. What about Chavez vs Jacobs?!?!?!
