Could GGG at this point ever become a 2 division unified champ?

Can he move up to 168 and unify titles?

Why couldn't he? Not like there's any killers at 168. If all the belts are scattered up there it just make it tough to get all the fights made before the guy is like 39 years old or something. Who would you pick over him at 168? Degale, Zurdo? Not sure who's fighting for Jacks title now that he moved up? There's really not a stud up there ATM

I'd expect a unification between the Brits if Smith and Groves win, someone will face Degale of the 2, don't think he'll have a problem getting a fight with one of those 3. Ramirez would fight Golovkin aswell, don't see there being as many hurdles for him at 168

Considering he's like #4 p4p now then I guess technically if he were to get a 168 strap he'd move to #1 automatically. The lower choco weights fluctuate around 3 lbs innit.
But forget all that let's just shoot low and beat bhops record....

Yeah, possibly. He's be a bit small at 168 but it's doable. If he beat Canelo he could call the shots though, and in that event I don't think he would bother moving when he's making 160 so comfortably.

He'd beat DeGale, I've long held that view. He would beat Jack too. He'd beat Groves, he'd beat that other guy. Seriously, smw is pretty bare atm.

Depends on whether he could walk down a Callum Smith, De Gale/Groves or Dirrel brother. Barring Callum, (who I'm not overly sold on) they've all tasted defeat. Would he carry the same power up from 160?. Eubank Jr seemed to lose power but then you look at Crawford & Loma who seem to have gained 'pop' climbing the ranks.

There's potential for him to do so but he's getting old!.

Be screwed if they made that tournament at 168 though, have to sit and wait 2 years for that to finish to fight for a title
