Could GGG at this point ever become a 2 division unified champ?

Since everyone is fighting eachother at 168 they are looking more vulnerable, but that's what happens when the best in the division fight each other. They may not look like much when they're fighting each other, but guaranteed they are better than Jacobs, Saunders, Lee, Lemiuex, N'Dam and the like. I consider Murray the best on GGG's resume. Probably the shortest, oldest, least skilled SMW of the top 10 beat GGG's best opponent at 168 (Abraham vs Murray). The best of 168 vs the best of 160 is not even comparable. I wish GGG moves up to 168 if he beats Jacobs and Canelo*. But I understand if he doesn't, as much as his fans want to say 168 is not that good, it's better than Middleweight.

          It is technically possible.

But unifying a division is not a matter of simply being the best in the division. Even if we assumed that he could move up and be the best at 168 - which is a pretty big assumption - then negotiating all of the right fights to collect all of the straps is bloody hard work. It can take years, and GGG is already old.

So technically possible, yes. But is it possible in reality? No.

A lot of truth in this post, he still has Jacobs and cinnamon problems.

He would dismantle that division especially degale but anything above that is too big for him he's a natural mw.

I don't agree with that. Jacobs hasn't proven such a thing by just beating Quillin, who has shied away from boxing since that loss in 2015 and before that had drawn with Lee, narrowly stopped Rosado in a controversial stoppage, and handily decisioned N'Dam.

Also, for years and years, GGG fans dissed Jacobs and Quillin as weak fighters. Too late to big them up now solely for this fight.

yes absolutely! lol degale and company have struggled with guys like porky and a shot lucien bute. golovkin gets two belts easy. degale is the easiest because of the way he fades and breaks down late in fights.murray went up there and got robbed against abraham.

You know, it's not just about Jacobs being "better than Degale and Jack." Which I don't believe it to be true anyway. But these guys are not only bigger than GGG but are also good fighters. And don't even try to bring the GGG sparring HW's fairy tales up either.
