If the man who is in charge of the NSAC says that then you need to accept that he knows the rules better than anyone, the only thing that could change his position is pressure from above

What pressure would that be? The "above" entity wasn't around to reign in Bennet when he first made this statement?

Maybe...just maybe... it makes sense because THERE WAS NO NSAC RULE AGAINST IV's. Remember De La Hoya? Are you in outrage over that, or does it only matter when Pac loses?

It was announced publicly that the bout contract Mayweather and Pacquiao signed in February 2015 to fight each other provided that drug testing would be conducted by USADA. But the actual contract with USADA remained to be negotiated. In early March, USADA presented the Pacquiao camp with a contract that allowed the testing agency to grant a retroactive the****utic use exemption (TUE) to either fighter in the event that the fighter tested positive for a prohibited drug. That retroactive exemption could have been granted without notifying the Nevada State Athletic Commission or the opposing fighter’s camp.

Team Pacquiao thought that was outrageous and an opportunity for Mayweather to game the system. Pacquiao refused to sign the contract.

“USADA is a drug-testing agency. USADA should not be granting waivers and exemptions.”
          — Bob Bennett
Thereafter, Mayweather and USADA agreed to mutual notification and the limitation of retroactive the****utic use exemptions to narrowly delineated circumstances. With regard to notice, a copy of the final USADA-Mayweather-Pacquiao contract provides: “Mayweather and Pacquiao agree that USADA shall notify both athletes within 24 hours of any of the following occurrences: (1) the approval by USADA of a TUE application submitted by either athlete; and/or (2) the existence of and/or any modification to an existing approved TUE. Notification pursuant to this paragraph shall consist of and be limited to: (a) the date of the application; (b) the prohibited substance(s) or method(s) for which the TUE is sought; and (c) the manner of use for the prohibited substance(s) or method(s) for which the TUE is sought.”

You are like a broken record. Both of these issues have been addressed. Even your info here doesn't say that Mayweather had that language put into the contract. It was proven false years ago now.

Yea. The cash cow that had just one fight left on his contract and then said he would retire....which was about a week after this statement.

OHHH DONT KILL THE CASH COW WHO WILL ONLY FIGHT ONE MORE TIMEEEE. LOL

Shut up already. You are a useless moron.

By the way, before you call someone simple, make sure that you learn the difference between "your" and "you're."

So you are saying he told the DCO that he can't piss because he has to go bet on a game. If you can point me to that, I'd like to see it. Do you know when he went to bet? Do you know if he even had to physically go somewhere to bet? I'm pretty sure he could place a phone call.

                  Want proof?

So your proof is that Floyd yells to the crowd: Hey I gotta go to sports book. I gotta bet on a game....to which the crowd enjoys a laugh.

And that tells you that he didn't go take his piss test?

LMAOOOO. Dude....... You are taking this much too seriously. Relax yourself. Your conspiracy theory is a joke.
                  Missed this before:

                  1) You didn't believe that Floyd said that and told me to prove that Floyd said it or its a lie.

I proved you that it was stated!!!

                  2) That was right after the weigh-in as Floyd is going out to his vehicle and later on FloydHype, he states that he did bet on the game.

                  3) You are "pretending" to laugh it off even though you saw/heard Floyd actually utter those words.

                  4) YOUR evidence was something that was tweeted (not from Floyd but no matters) that had NOTHING to do with Floyd on May 1st. So if you want to laugh, well laugh with me on your evidence!

                  b) Here you go! REAL PROOF!!!

You really bringing up this post again?

                    1. This doesn't show WHEN he went.

                    2. It doesn't prove he physically went.

                    3. In your video, he mimes texting with his hand when he says he bet on the game. Check it out yourself.

                    4. Give up. Your only purpose on this site now is to try to discredit Floyd. It's old, annoying, and sad. Move on with your life.

By the way, if you want to discuss anything with me, kindly stop ducking the post about EPO which wrecks your entire ****** conspiracy theory.

                      DEFLECTOR!

You were OK with a tweet that had nothing to do with May 1st, 2015 and YOU called that PROOF!

So if yours is PROOF then mine is what?

Now Floyd stating that this is according to you nothing
even though it was also followed up with a video of Floyd saying that he did bet on the game.
