        From now on Canelo and his team will say to every fighter "you got the contract, sign it" even though the nature of the contract per se means a document elaborated by both sides freely and willingly. But we know Golden Boy stipulates everything not asking the other part what they think. That's not a contract. Golden Boy is acting like an employer dictating the terms of contract to a vulnerable worker.

          Chavez will make more for this fight than he would fighting anyone else. And he hasn't fought anyone of note in how long? These suits put these ideas in these guys' heads and they think they have to fight for a chest full of gold. They're both getting paid A LOT for this fight, with the bigger draw getting the more. Just sign, unless you're afraid of a guy that weighs 15 pounds less.

            If GBP and Chavez Jr. can't come to terms, it will indicate a pattern on BOTH their parts of failing to make big fights. In this case I blame Canelo's side way more though because we've already seen their shenanigans with GGG.

                  Actually canelo doesn't need JR but it's a good payday so why not. Canelo is the A side and will be JR's biggest payday so he needs to be greatful and sign already.
