List 10 fighters with a better resume than Floyd Mayweather

List a boxer, a Floyd stan will criticize their accomplishments. Expose those Floyd stans with the same standard(e.g. fighting a guy not prime/robbed), they will move the goal post. These threads are too obvious.

The only prime atg/hof fighter that Roy beat is Toney. If there are others, i'd like to hear them.
I.e. Oscar, Pacquiao, Cotto had all been knocked out, lost and BEATEN up before fighting Floyd. McCallum had not.
Roy Jones beat Toney, Hopkins, McCallum, Hill, Griffin, Lacy, Trinidad, Tarver & Ruiz. That's without mentioning the #1 contenders and fringe 'world champions' like Lou de valle, Johnson, Paz, Woods, Malinga, Vaca, Castro, Sosa, Gonzales, Tate, Thornton etc.
^all of those guys were stiff competition coming off good/great wins. Some get a bad rep because RJ dominated them with absolute ease.
RJ beating prime Toney and Hopkins is two better wins than anything Mayweather has.Last edited by LacedUp; 10-13-2016, 11:35 PM.

Lineal WW champion right now. More symbolic then anything, but Manny is still clearly the #1 WW in the world.
A unification with Thurman/Garcia would be huge though
ring don't consider him lineal champ either.

Roy even admits that he fought him to give his friend a nice pay day and Roy clearly carried him in first gear.
Oscar, Cotto, Mosley and definitely Pacquaio are much better wins.
Also a lot of those guys listed weren't #1 contenders but I agree some are underrated wins.

Don't really see how the likes of ODLH and Mosley were much different if I'm honest. Quite similar circumstances. Same age, inactivity, recent losses etc.
Cotto & Pacquiao yes.
I know they weren't all #1s but I got carried awayLast edited by LacedUp; 10-13-2016, 11:41 PM.

Hadn't been Champion in almost 2 years by that point. Oscar and Mosley were reigning champions and in Mosley's case he was #1 WW and #3 P4P coming off arguably the best win of his career.
Oscar I guess is comparable but Oscar looked more he had more in the tank against Mayorga than McCallum did against Ali Saidi.
As for the fight, Roy carried him. Was in first gear the whole time maybe switched off once or twice.
I agree with you though that I'd probably lean on Roy in regards to the comparison with Floyd.

Pacquaio was coming off a loss, Bradley was 2-1-1
The Ring for example didn't have them #1 and #2
Massive reach.
