I have been sprinting,playing basketball and hitting the bag for cardio.....weight train 5 days a week now..but just started back up recently...i want to get down because i am carrying to much fat and im better then that

Hasnt happened in the 35 years i have been alive..trust me i know i can handle myself....been to the penitentiary,boxed in the amateurs and been in plenty of street fights...so i dont really care what some random d1ck on the internet says who wont even post a damn picture of himself
