Anyways man, I stand by my original assessment of him regardless of the points you are trying to prove. The only reason why he has any exposure is because he has Mayweathers blessing which is HUGE dont get me wrong about that but there are lots of other guys in boxing that gained notoriety on their own merit, not piggybacking off a retired fighters blessing.
Yes, Mayweather noting his talent has helped, but there are a those outside of Floyd that feel he has potential. Yes, being associated with Floyd and Haymon will get him more opportunities, just like if he were with GBP or TR.
I get that his hype is a little much at times but this kid is personable, humble and can really fight. I think he has earned much of his praise.

And Im not saying the kid isnt talented because its obvious he is, he does speak well, and has a good attitude. I really like fighters that have a good father/son relationship. I just think people need to slow their role a bit, its a tad disrespectful saying this guy will clean out 147 when there are guys that have better wins then Bundu. Again though that comes from having people that take Floyds word for gold and sparring rumors out of the "Mayweather gym." Really guess I just learned to take things promoters say with a grain of salt. I really like Top Rank but if I believed everything Arum said, Id probably own property on the moon.

However there's more on the plus side for him by challenging Gennady than Spence because he's the bigger box office draw and much higher reward. Thereby, making it more than worth his risk.
