              Vargas is just being cautious. Wasting one year of your boxing career like Chaves and Rios is a lot of money to waste. It also destroys momentum and conditioning.

                      That may be the reason for these delays and uncertainties. Defeat Vargas mentally before the fight happens. Nice tactic.
