    Tyson Fury says claims of being knocked out in sparring and a fall-out with his uncle and trainer, Peter Fury, were just mind games. The WBA Super, IBO and WBO heavyweight world champion claimed on Wednesday he was considering looking for a new trainer after being told to "sort his head out" in time for the rematch with Wladimir Klitschko.

    i actually believe him. he was for sure sticking his stomach out farther then it was naturally at that press conference some people are able to do that he has been known get out shape in between fights but i dont think it will be an issue. I hope hes serious tho would been super disappointing had he come in out of shape and not motivated for the rematch. it was concerning his uncle leaving but if its all just bs and show that gives me confidence in him. I find it hard to believe he wont come in tho 100% full steam ahead with a great training camp and in great shape. His legacy is on the line and he may act like he dont care but we all know by some things he says he cares a great deal. no one can take the win away from him but it means so much more if he can win the rematch and move on to bigger and better things.

        I don't believe him, he was knocked down by a powder puff puncher before and then he turns up with a black eye and said he was knocked down three times by an unheard of fighter...
        I believe the original scenario is the case, he was honest about AJ why lie in the first place and why the massive shine lol, he was getting his arse handed to him.

          Exactly. He probably has been knocked down. Now he is trying to play head games with Klitschko. Quit trying to lie and you should have been in better shape than that. You let yourself go a bit and now you are struggling. This has turned into a 50 /50 fight.

              He's not got a black eye though, or a cut. Check his instagram and see for yourself. You're just another gimp who Fury has mugged off!

              Don't worry girls, Fury will turn up in the shape of his life, and will beat the second best HW in the world with ease, just like last time.

                I don't believe anything Fury says when it comes to stuff like falling out with Peter and thinking of retiring. Part of it is just shooting from the hip, part of it is playing heel. There might be something to it, I doubt he really enjoys all the publicity and the appearances and stuff. "Maybe I'll just retire." I don't think he means it though.

                Also think of the scenario you laid out. Getting clipped and put down by a sparing partner is a possibility. It shouldn't really happen to thoroughbread fighters, but it can happen obviously. If it did happen, they wouldn't let the round continue and let Fury be dropped again, risking injury. Would never happen.

                It sounds like the whole thing was made up by Fury though on the heal of a Peter Fury joke.

                  We need Fury to be on point so that he can finally close the coffin on the Klitschko era.

                  The heavyweight division is heating up again now that it is so wide open. Letting Wlad win would ruin all of that and be a huge setback.
