Loeffler did not ask for a 164 catchweight after he got the offer. He rejected it without any negotiations at all and told Roc if they wanted the fight on those terms they should get back to him in 2017 after Ward had finished with his tune-ups and GGG had finished his business at 160.
I never said that Loeffler said "164 or no fight" after receiving the offer. I said that he turned the offer down, and ALSO said that the only way that they could fight was at 164, but I never said they happened concurrently. That has always been his stance, as he has said on multiple occasions that he did not think that Andre Ward was worth the risk financially at the full divisional limit.

Now, back to your original post, where Ward apparently never sent Team Golovkin an offer:

"We made him an offer, prior quite frankly, to knowing about the fight with Lemieux. But regardless of that fight, the offer was very, very clear - that he and Andre would both have one fight before they fought each other, and they would fight each other sometime in the first half of 2016. So obviously the fight with Lemieux would continue to move forward and the next fight would be Andre in 2016.

They received the offer and in 36 minutes we got a response which basically stated 'we cannot accept the offer and we're going in a different direction.' In 36 minutes [they turned it down], so that tells me there was not even any consideration given to the offer, because at the end of the day Triple G always knew that he would never fight Andre Ward. He's stated publically, and in writing, that he would go up to 168 to fight anybody but Andre. We put an official offer on the table and we got a 'no' in 36 minutes."

Then Golovkin went on to crush yet another can, after apparently never receiving an offer to fight "NEXT" lol

Ok. So according to Roc, they sent the offer to Loeffler without knowing about GGG/Lemieux.

But according to you, they put the extra fight clause into it so that GGG would be able to fight Lemieux before Ward ...

Think about that for a minute.

And btw, GGG went on to crush Lemieux in a PPV headline unification fight.

Ward went on to a tune-up against GGG's sparring partner.

        Dude...

They put the extra fight clause in the agreement BEFORE THEY EVEN KNEW about the Lemieux fight. Roc Nation explains that them both taking a fight before fighting each other was always their original offer, so Golovkin would been able to fight anyone before fighting Ward. I've said nothing contrary to that, so stop it with the spin job.

Golovkin would have beaten Lemieux, fought Ward, and then this would have been over. Instead he crushed a can, and Ward went on to a tougher challenge.

He's fighting Kovalev next, because Golovkin couldn't fight at 168

The answer to that is NO. The only offer he sent contained his usual bullshit tune-up clauses, and it covered the same time span as the contract GGG already had with the WBC.

Ward had his chance to fight GGG - at 168 - and he wasn't ready for it.

I repeat, I don't think he will ever be ready for either GGG or Kovalev.

Who has sent Floyd an offer to fight him? Who sent Canelo an offer to fight him? Isn't lil g the A side vs Ward? So wouldn't they set the terms? Get your dyck riding f@ggot ass outta here. lil g is *****.

You don't think Ward will fight Kovalev? Stop talking shyt and put your fuucking account on the line chump. My account vs your account. So I WILL PUT MY ACCOUNT ON THE LINE WARD WILL FIGHT KOVALEV BEFORE THE END OF 2016. DO YOU WANT TO BET?

If not shut the fuuck up and sit in the corner. Either you want to bet or shut the fuuck up. I'm that confident. How about you? I thought so

He wants to unify the 160 division but wants Floyd at 154? Chavez, Hopkins, and Froch at 168? How is that unifying? Man you sound ****** as shyt right. I hate you lil g fan girls.

If Ward will fight Kovalev? Stop talking shyt and put your account on the line. Ward fights and beats Kovalev by the end of 2016. I'm confident the fight gets made and he wins.

Only way it doesn't happen if Kovalev gets caught cheating you know how his country men do it. But aside from that do you want to put your account up? You have a lot of mouth I wanna see some action. What's good?

What's wrong with you man? Why the hell do you think Golovkin wants to fight Floyd, Chavez, Hopkins & Froch? MONEY!!! Ward isn't that big of a draw. He hurt his career with inactivity in his prime. He only fights in Oakland. Only hard core fans and his locals know who he is. He hasn't won a big fight in 4 years! Get it? When Ward comes up with an excuse to not fight Kovalev until 2017, I want you to remember I told you so, but you can keep your measly account.

So which one is it? He wants to fight for legacy at 160? Or money? Stop with the fuucking double talk. Ward brings lil g more money thany ANYBODY he has ever faced to date. You dudes sound scary as shyt?

How many big fights has lil g won? Get it? So you keep talking shyt but don't want to put up your account. Just like I thought all talk. I rest my case! I know Ward would fight Kovalev no issues. You say he won't.

I say put your account up. That right there lets you know who believes what their saying and who is just talking. Another victim under my belt

Oh, so Golovkin can't fight for both? The legacy facilitates the money. You should seek counseling. And your account isn't worth betting against. When the Ward vs Kovalev fight gets postponed until 2017, you'll be quiet as a mouse about it, but don't worry, I'll remind you of your incorrect prediction.
