180 might be close to what he was weighin, if he was "only" 170 he would have stepped on the scale to show that he is not that big.

I am sure Khan was in the 165 lb range. Against Collazo and Alexander he was in the 162 range after rehydrating from 147.
As for Canelo I think he was more in the 173-175 range. I'm sure he packed on 18-20 lbs but not no 25 that isn't even believable. Even the way Khan says it he has no idea. He is just guessing

Canelo didn't weigh no damn 180lbs. He was likely somewhere around the 170 mark, which he always does. Khan was tactically taken apart by a better fighter, who happens to be bigger. And his defensive lapse got him caught by a shot that would have dropped every fighter currently campaigning below the super middleweight division.

Khan said before the fight he wanted NO rehydration clause as he wanted to take Canelo at his best and Khan seemed to be be actually bragging about how Canelo will fill out and put on wait,Virgil said too much weight will not work in Canelo's favour ......now all this bollocks again with these absolute clowns.
Khan should retire if not then shut up , he got Canelo at his best and Canelo nearly killed him......period.

The Canelo boys assured me he'd disclose his fight night weight of 165lb's on the night. He never did.

Even if Khan were a reasonably durable 154ish fighter, he might still have been knocked down by that punch. He let Canelo land a full dam swing on him, that's a no-no with or without a chin.

The fact is both khan and hunters acted like they had a pre made plan for when he lost. Make khan look like the hero because he moved up and took the risk. khan moved up for the money... plain and simple, and I'm quite sure hunters didn't mind make his 10% either. Then they immediately turned their attention to Canelo having to fight GayLoveKin...that doesn't make you the hero...it makes you look like a sore loser. "I didn't expect that"...what a crock of **** that is. He knows damn well that Alvarez weighs around the mid 170s. What he did was realize the difference in class between himself and Floyd. khan had been so busy running his mouth about floyd during the build up and acting like he would fight the same way, and he got embarrassed.....he's pathetic
