Baldomir was pretty big at Welterweight and was probably comfortable at 154.... He has weighed in as high as 168
Guys like Lara, Angulo, Trout and Kirkland were not at size disadvantages against Canelo, no one ever said they were too small when the fights happened. Angulo is at 160 now.
Khan was hopelessly outsized and outgunned but let's not skew facts to suit the narrative that Canelo is weight bullying all his opponents.
Like i said to another poster, re-read my post then check the dictionary for the definition of MOST.
You accuse me of skewing facts, yet you cling to one fight where Cotto weighed 155 lbs, two fighters who were non threats, 4 fights which occured at a catch weight. Lol as I said, not one ounce of hate for Canelo but you wanna sniff his jock ich so you're running to the rescue and reaching for threads.

Real weights on fight night from a reputable source, please???
Goddammit, PLEASE does anybody know THE REAL weights on fight night for both fighters? Please do mention the source or a link, thanks.
So tired of reading these comments, and now even Khan himself mouthing off, trying to imply that Canelo was around 20+ pounds heavier than Khan... that's bull****, that's ridiculous!
Here's my estimation: Khan was around 163, Canelo around 173.
Canelo DID NOT LOOK as huge as he did vs. Cotto. This fight looked way more "even" than that of Canelo vs. Cotto, where it looked like it was a junior middleweight vs. a light heavyweight.
Also, the heavier a fighter is vs. a very fast and skilled guy such as Khan, the more difficult it is to even touch him, WHY DOESN'T ANYONE GIVE CANELO AT LEAST A BIT OF CREDIT for being able to cut off the ring, get close and finally being able to hit a much faster guy than him? Look at Margarito and Rios vs. Manny, and at Alvarado vs. JMM, and soooo many heavyweight fights where one guy is 40+ pounds lighter and still wins (Tyson and Hollyfield defeated guys way heavier than them). So please cut the bull****!!! A B-fighter such as Rios or Alvarado, would never have touched Khan like Canelo did, no matter if they were 20+ pounds heavier! A heavier guy needs lots of skills to be able to actually connect clean punches to a lighter and much faster opponent, so he can 1) slow him down and 2) knock him out .... so please try and be more objective, people...
How come prime Maidana, with an incredible record 28-1, 27 victories by KO could never knock Khan down, yet it actually happened the other way around? And the weight was about even in that one.... just some food for thought, Canelo may look clumsy and robotic because of his size and being somewhat flat-footed, but the guy is a VERY skilled fighter... if some of you guys hate him for being Mexican, or for looking Irish or for apparently not being interested in learning English, that's a PERSONAL thing, but it has nothing to do with his skills as a boxer.

Your mistake is that you are overly criticizing Canelo. And you overly criticizing him leaves looking like a blind hater, talking about he fought Lara a career 154 pounder, at a whopping 155 pounds. Omfg he brought him up 1lb, good lord, what an abuser Canelo is picking on all of these little guys like Angulo and Trout who the same size as him on fight night.
Another Canelo jock ich sniffer to the rescue. There is no hate or critisizm in my post just reality that can only be seen by people who are not choking on ginger clolored pubes. Did Canelo fight Lara, or Angulo at 154? No. So my post was accurate.

So you are inventing **** and then questioning if people can comprehend what you say. First comprehend what you are trying to say, who did what when and where, your own damn self then post. Right now the other poster is correct, you are heavily skewing facts for your own agenda.
Heres the facts, Canelo fought a bunch of nobodies in mexico at Welterweight, when he out grew the weight, instead of moving up to 154, he fought a bunch of light Welterweights and welterweights at a catch weights above 147 lbs. He fought 5 Light Middleweights at the full weight of 154 lbs, 4 of which were non threats. He has since fought 4 Light Middleweights and 1 Welterweight at a catch weight of 155 lbs, which is exactly what he did after out growing welterweight.
Now I say to you, and any other troll, where in the post did I criticize or hate on Canelo? I didn't disparage his victories over Trout, Lara or Cotto. Oh let me guess because I didn't say anything bad about the fighter that everybody wants him to fight, that makes me bias. You're a fhuking clown.

It's ridiculous that the MW champion of the world takes on an unrated fighter in every organization's list. A fighter who is moving up 2 weight classes to fight for the MW lineal championship. His first fight at MW.
Saul fight GGG at the catch weight of 160...
