If all this *** cares about is the belt then why he took step asides for over a year with Canelo and Cotto before him? And if all he cares about is belts at 160 then why he called out Floyd and Manny both guys naturally smaller then Khan by the way who don't own a single belt at 160? Or why did he call out Chavez who at the time didn't own a belt period? lol what is fishnets talking about?. It's either you fight at 160 or you vacate, it's that simple. Other than venues and purse splits there's nothing to negotiate.
