i like the fast track lomo is on, and im a fan, but u cant expect to make even money with guys who have 28 fights and no losses but you have 6 fights and 1 loss and no fan base..u've never even headlined hbo lomo..he obviously wont tell how much lomo is getting bc they gave him the higher split and they know it is BS..

someone get a load of this...lomo makes 215k for his first title shot and loses...next fight he makes 650k and its a title shot as well..if that isnt privileged i dont know wat is...he got rewarded for losing by the WBO..now they are trying to screw walters out of his money..

Of course Lomachenko should get paid more.

The fighter that moves up to a higher weight class should get paid more money, unless he's going up against a much bigger star (Like Canelo Khan). But seeing as Lomachenko and Walters are roughly on the same level, Lomachenko should get paid more because he's taking the bigger risk. He's the one moving up to 130 and he's essentially giving Walters the advantages. So the least they could do is pay Lomachenko more. That's the way it should be, otherwise what kind of incentive is it to move up if you're not fighting for a belt and the other guy wants to get paid the same amount as you do?

Lomachenko is the two time Olympic gold medalist who got and deserved the better contract from the start. He's sill a champion while Walters lost his bet on the scale and is coming off a draw.

I thought he won vs Sosa but t was still a draw. Top rank already did Walters a favor by feeding him a shot Darchinyan and giving him a smaller man in Donaire. Now instead of meeting half way, Loma is going up to his weight. How in the hell can Walters ask for even 40% of the pot???

I don't think it works anything like that nor should it. Its an asses in seats business. That should dictate who gets paid more along with some other factors. All in all I think these guys should be getting about the same money.

Then what's the incentive to move up? These guys aren't attractions yet... Sure there is a hardcore fan base that likes to watch them fight but the ratings suggest that they are not at the stage where they can put asses in seats.

Thats beside the point since they bring about the same IE very little. So in that situation they spli everything 50/50, or they trade concessions on weight vs money.

Also not much separation on resume. Both guys have just one top 10 win each. Russell Jr is probably a better feather than Donaire

i gave him credit for russell beat down and thinks he beats everyone at 126..im not sure of walters...being a fan is not labeled as not telling the truth..and no i dont want to see any rigo fight at 126..that dude is about 40 no matter wat his certificat says and he only weighs 126 in the ring, plus he is coming off lay off..i dont know if u get it or not but rigo is done likely..if someone wanted credit for beating rigo the white and mexican fans shouldnt have ducked him for years until he meant nothing and got old...

24 fights 4 losses, 28 fights, 5 losses...mean while walters is at 28 and 0 and didnt lose withing 6 fights...

u have to be willing to sacrifice if u are going to fast track and u have to do it up front not on the back end..i dont see fighters thinking about back end incentives unless it is ppv. common sense is the best way to make fights..

i called leo, selby,and the rest of 126 ducks...but when i point out one truth i cant be a fan bc u have pic up and u'll accept any bs they say
