Ward by U/D - Kovalek is too stiff, can't remember which fight but he nearly buckled on his own feet. The guy hasn't got much besides power behind him. Will be a good fight to watch either way. Been waiting for this for awhile.

Kovalev is so much more than just a power puncher. He can box, and he has above average defense. His ring IQ is very high, he knows how to cut off the ring and land in combinations. He will break down Ward and break his mind, then his body.

That's a fair point, he can box & does cut off the ring but he doesn't seem comfortable against technical boxers & ward is pure technical boxing genius. I don't know if ward could handle kovalevs power but his defence might get him through it. I'd rather Kovalev win it but can't see it happening. What's your prediction??

I mean, look at how Kovalev broke B-Hop down, one of the most technical fighters in recent memory.

You can cling to that "he's old" excuse, but the reality is he is a crafty elusive fighter and remains so, he also has very high ring IQ and he maintains himself healthy and in excellent shape.

You can't take people like that seriously, it's clear they don't understand boxing and their opinions are to be taken with a grain of salt.
