Don't sleep on Chisora bro. Just because Fury put a beating on him doesn't make him a bum. An in shape, motivated Dereck is a tough night for most HWs.

It's very difficult to come up with a definitive list since so many of the top fighters in the division haven't fought each other and several of the former top contenders haven't really done much of late.

Peter's list is alright. His top five is pretty solid with the exception of Martin, who's completely unproven. Povetkin of course needs to be higher, and I don't see how Hughie Fury or Andy Ruiz have done anything to warrant being on there. My own list would read:

Chisora
Scott

Pulev I'm rating mainly because of his achievements pre-Wlad and the fact that he hasn't lost since, although his level of competition and activity level have been woeful. He could very easily drop off if he doesn't get a big win soon.

Takam deserves a top ten slot since he's clearly a high level fighter who's given solid top contenders like Povetkin lots of problems. And since losing to Povetkin he's notched up a three fight win streak, albeit not against anyone spectacular.

Browne just knocked out Chagaev, which is worth putting him on the top ten for. He's a very flawed fighter though, and his position is by no means secure.

Chisora I'm rating for the same reason as I'm rating Takam. He'll need to get a big win soon though.

Scott I'm putting on due to his win over Thompson and several other solid wins against mid level guys. You could replace him with someone like Stiverne or Cunningham though, and it wouldn't matter.

Younger unproven guys like Joshua and Parker I'm refraining from putting on until they get some decent names under their belt. Martin I'm leaving off because I never rated him before, and his win over Glazkov was almost pure fluke. To put him on would make a mockery of the list.

Probably, though there is a logical justification for leaving Joshua out if you hold that a fighter needs to be proven against another top fighter to warrant a placement. Martin has a win over Glazkov (however flukey) while Joshua's best win remains Dillian Whyte.

That calls into question the Ruiz Jr placement though.
