    yup yup you right mane.
i am biased tho, but ONLY when i'm in an environment that is biased if that makes sense.
i can speak unbiasedly ALL the time which is what i prefer to do but when the folks are as biased as they are in general i have no choice but to side with my team.
i still think its a 70-30 fight tho BUT kovalevs power can change the fight bc he has left AND right power BUT power CAN BE NEUTRALIZED which makes the fight intriguing but ward imo has TOO many weapons and easily UD him

ward is a master boxer but i will give him props for taking on the dangerous kovalev who is also an excellent boxer with super power. to go up in weight and challenge the heavier champion deserves immense respect. i am salivating at this delicious match up. it really is a close fight but i think the inactivity and also the fact that kova has looked unbeatable lately, makes the krusher the favorite...60-40.

though it looks unlikely as ward has got his fat contract with roc nation and he will pick and choose weaker opponents.

This is also while I'm leaning towards Kovalev in this match up as well. It's been a while since Ward has fought a legit contender never mind a legit threat. It will also be both of their toughest opponents on paper to date. Ward might not be the craftiest boxer Kovalev has fought since he has faced Hopkins, but he does have the athletic ability that Hopkins was lacking at his older age so that make it interesting. Kovalev on the other hand will without a doubt be the biggest puncher Ward has faced by a long shot and one that goes to the body. Ward also has to deal with possibly the biggest size difference so far in his career in relation to height and Kovalev isn't that slow for a big guy.

That said I favor Kovalev 60-40 but wouldn't be surprised if Ward pulled it off after all he was really good a few years back but it's tough to tell if that same guy exists.

Roach sounds delusional nowadays, even Teddy Atlas owned him for talking nonsense.

if it wasnt for them i dont think he would be undefeated as of now
not "only" tho but just bc they can influence his decisions in the ring bc of his respect for them

Finally, a fight at light heavyweight worth watching. That's all I care about. Boxing needs more elite vs. elite fights.

Andre Ward is not only a great man but also a courageous warrior. It is really refreshing in this day and age of cowards like Gennady Golovkin to see a man willing to move up in weight to fight the best the sport has to offer in the new weight class.

Regardless of style, skill, power, or financial incentive, Andre Ward is seeking out the hardest possible fights. I wish he fought more, but when he's in the ring it's often against the best. Kessler, Abraham, Froch, Dawson, and Kovalev. Good resume.

It's a shame that others (like that coward Gennady Golovkin) refuse to challenge themselves like Andre Ward frequently does.

Kov is very big for the weight and punches hard , but he is robotic maybe Ward can use his skills to slide around and use angles countering the bigger guy , its an interesting fight lots of smaller skilled fighters have beaten monsters before .
