Yup he is.. As I've mentioned he's delusional. His Parkinson's decease plus those meds he takes made him incoherent.

Case in point: he's new tune is that he needs to reevaluate the fight.

Pacquiao does not agree with the official decision and still believes he won a close fight in the cards.

"Thing is, I had more people walking out of the arena telling me we got robbed." Explained Roach. "I think Manny was aggressive enough and dominant enough. After the fourth round he told me 'I can't use my shoulder anymore' so I told him to do the best he can and he did the best he can. It was a close fight. He felt he won the fight. I have to rewatch it to be honest with you to give you an opinion if we won or not. - jan 22, 2016

Now he calls for reevaluation since his mind can't think clearly lol

But what's clear here, Pac always believed he won and video evidences and facts proves it.

To say that I am sceptical about Manny's shoulder injury claims would be an understatement.

I have had 2 torn rotator cuffs and on both occasions could barely move my arm from my side without suffering excruciating pain and could no more have continued punching for another 8 rounds than fly in the air

What's more, the rehab required is lengthy (e.g. minimum 6 weeks of total immobilisation before up to 9 months before returning to contact sport training) so the numbers simply don't add up

Manny should man up & admit that he was beaten by the better boxer on the night

Funny thing is that he might've gotten a rematch if he had

Long-time trainer and father figure, Freddie Roach, believes his fighter's political commitment is the biggest reason as to why his fight with Timothy Bradley is potentially his last. Pacquiao faces Bradley for a third time on April 9th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

8-4 pac. A very very clear win for pac.
One of the greatest robbery in boxing history.

I think Floyd fans have doubts about the legitimacy of Floyd's win that's why its hard for them to admit PAC had some kind of injury even though its obvious he did have. Its clear he didn't use his bad arm as he should at certain points of fight I was left wondering why he isn't throwing or doesn't look right? He was using his arm but wasn't right no wonder he asked for pain relief!

Maidana didn't admit he was beaten by a better boxer, neither did Castillo but they got rematches? Seems like Floyd don't like PAC admitting he was injured

Even the most hard core floyd fans couldn't explain how floyd beat pac.

                Firstly, I'm no Floyd fan

Secondly, there are no doubts about the legitimacy of the win - it was actually incredibly dull because Floyd was in control for virtually every one of the 36 minutes and did just enough to keep it that way without seeking to dominate

Thirdly, you have obviously never had a torn rotator cuff

Morphein-based pain relief is just about the only thing that works and only serves to allow a couple of hours of sleep

It DOES NOT increase the range of movement at all

If Pac really had such an injury, he would have spent virtually every second of the fight after sustaining it with his arm dangling uselessly at his side whilst being in almost unbearable pain

                It's BS

This guy knows his injured. Ask this dude.

Torn rotator cuff red mark @ right shoulder. It even bled out.

                  This doctor knows as well

Dr.Neal ElAttrache (the same doctor who performed the surgery on Kobe Bryant's). Explains Pacquiao's rotator cuff injury.

I don't know what type of injury and don't care. There was obviously something wrong with his arm. He aggravated in the 4th round. It effected what PAC could and couldn't do is the main issue
