When negotiating you don't start with the offer you are prepared to settle on. Golovkin's camp will probably argue that he deserves a 60:40. They will probably settle on 70:30.

That said, I don't think Oscar is willing to negotiate so the starting offer is a refusal.

      LOL.

Yea again idek why this is all that dramatic for Oscar. He must not got much faith in Canelo. I think Canelo is gonna beat GGG at the end of the day & in particular if Oscar can make the "end of the day" about a year or two later than it should be. All these demands can give GGG a reason to turn down the fight under those demands, but the thing is GGG is in a mandatory position so him agreeing to those demands is doing GBP & Canelo a favor & he can still press his superior position & push this fight to a purse bid & the only option for GBP & Canelo at that point is take the fight or look like ******* & not take the fight.

And again it'd just be easier to fight the f#cking guy Canelo is most likely gonna beat any f#cking way. Quit being a momo Oscar. Throw all your guys into the lions den & you slow to do it with Canelo. Its like Oscar don't really believe in making the best fights or something with Canelo.

Yeah Because Canelo doesn't have a much bigger fanbase today then he did 2 years ago! That was before he beat Lara and before he filled a baseball stadium which pulled HBO's biggest live tv ratings in a decade to fight Kirkland and before the did almost 1mil PPV buys and beat future hall of famer Cotto. And all those fights were on NON Mexican Holiday dates. You think he's asking for the same money or same split now as he's done in the past when he either won Fighter of The Year or was Runner up to Fighter of the Year from ESPN, Ring ****zine and other major outlets? And he will now fight Exclusively on Mexican Dates that Mayweather had reserved because those dates increase your PPV's and revenue. 2016 Canelo will make more money then he did in 2015 let alone 2014. And GGG will either accept his that or kick rocks.

There will be no purse bid if GGG does not agree to the terms Canelo will either vacate the belt or the WBC will do something ****** like elevate him to Super champion like we saw with Bradley this week. Either way the purse bid will have no impact on the negotiated terms.

And how is Oscar afraid to throw Canelo to the lions he is 25 and has already fought Trout, Floyd, Lara and Cotto in a 2 year span. Come on you are better then that. If that is playing it safe then please tell me what is going on with Keith Thurman, Errol Spence, Deontay Wilder ect all fighters much older then Canelo who have yet to fight 1 legit top fighter. Yet Canelo is fighting top guys left and right and is only 25? GGG is 33 about to turn 34 and yet Canelo has already fought 10 world champs more then double that of GGG. When is K2 going to throw GGG to lions and make him fight the best fighters at 154 and 168 like GGG and K2 said they were willing to do?

right because GGG doesn't have a bigger fan base then 10 Lara's combined, sold out a 20k MSG, has the 2nd highest rating on HBO next to Canelo. If your argument that Canelo is twice more pupular (or 3 times more popular then he was 2 years ago when he fought LARA) then i will tell you that Golovkin is 10 times more popular than Lara and is his mandatory... so why dont we just say it for what it is... Delahoya doesn't want this fight at all hence the statement of 10/90

Lara was not a draw who is claiming he was? He got the fight with his mouth and not popularity. Canelo threw him a cookie and fought him when he did not have to. Canelo was in mayweathers shadows on showtime and didn't have the fan base he has now or the backing of hbo and fought Lara as a grudge match to shut him up. He has HBO now and is the new cash cow in boxing thinking he will have similar demands as he did 2 years ago against Lara is foolish.

GGG does about 1mil live viewers on hbo. Canelo did double that with 2.2mil the highest rating hbo has seen in a decade. A little bit of a gap dont you think? GGG sold out msg while Canelo sells out baseball arenas double the capacity and Las Vegas arenas. Again a bit of a gap don't you think? GGG bombed on ppv. Canelo just had 10x the amount of ppv buys. You need to judge based on who Canelo is now especially after his win against cotto and who GGG is now. And nothing on GGG resume compares to canelo not accomplishes and damn sure not the money each generates. GGG has no other options while canelo makes far more then GGG does regardless who he fights. GGG either backs down to canelos demands or he gets no fight and can keep complaining to fans when asked why hasn't he fought anybody relevant. LMAO
