Whether they are currently running at a profit or not, I would be highly surprised if they cannot prove the profitability - therefore validity - of their LONG-TERM business model to a judge, and if necessary, jury.
They likely have some real good deals in place, no way did Shotime take " 45% " of the PPV revenue from the Mayweather/Pacquiao fight.
Mayweather is too smart for that, and so is Haymon.
I would much rather the money go to the fighters than to the greedy networks and promoters.
Arum fleeced Pacquiao on that fight.
