Don't worry, Danny will have bombs of his own.

HBO should either support K2 so they can win the purse bid. That way, everyone wins, except the fans that have to watch this.
who is asking him to "give up his negotiating position? All Im asking is for him to actually negotiate, which typically he elects NOT to do.

My guess is he wont agree to a deal, he sends it to purse bid on the off chance that K2 vacates and he can do Wade vs Ndam for the vacant title, and should K2 win the bid its 50-50 if Haymon would actually go through with the fight or withdraw claiming Wade is "not ready"

Heres a chance for Haymon to prove me wrong.

again, why should he "negotiate" when its best for him and his fighter to go to a purse bid for a number of reasons?

Why don't you put it on K2/HBO to just bid enough to win the purse bid?

what does that even mean? Normal fight economics dont apply when dealing with a Haymon bid. Should K2 have to bid $38 million for a sh^t fight just because Haymon has someone elses checkbook?

If you are one of the people (and I suspect you are) that chastised Barerra for wanting over $300k to fight Ward (who you all claim is Godzilla and King Kong combined), then wouldnt you agree that any offer over $250k for Wade is a legitimate offer?

              Im guessing you dont lol

Come on dude, don't overexaggerate. K2 could outbid Haymon if HBO backed them. Obviously there are limits.

I made no comment about any amount nor have I made any claim like that about Ward.

$250k is far more than Wade deserves IMO. what is GGG going to get? The bid is going to be north of $2.5 mil to get GGG his regular payday, which means the problem isn't what Wade might get, the problem is GGG getting his "regular" purse for a fight that is worse than the other fights.

Won't matter if all the tickets are sold and it covers the costs, right?

Its never going to be an issue when your network only approves guys who will take around $100k for a fight and you can take 85-95%. Come on dude!!
