You're going to either have to be a master mover or have massive power to beat GGG. Canelo is neither.

        The dude just trains champions.
Roach is the most overrated trainer in boxing history. He doesn't know any technique. His status gives boxers a confidence boost. Manny relied on his natural athleticism, and Ariza brought in conditioning. Roach's fighters only dart in and out and no defense.

That's BS. Manny and Cotto are good defensive fighters. Especially Manny. He's one of the best defensive fighters in boxing when you look at his style. FACT. Let's not get carried away here. Cotto hadn't been cut since the late Manny Steward made him more defensively responsible. Props to Canelo for being so accurate. Cotto didn't even bleed against Floyd. Floyd thought he would. See my point? Be fair and realistic if you're going to make statements like that. He said, "if you get cut again, it could end your career."

Cut has nothing to do with defense and more with the type of skin you have. Some people get cut easier than some. Cotto still can't defend against an uppercut. He still blocks the right hand by putting his right gloves across his left cheek. He has no right hand. He freezes when he gets it. He darts in and out, instead of setting up his attack by picking his spots. With Manny, his defense was his offense and his athleticism. Manny doesn't use proper technique; he criss crosses his combination at times. Manny footwork is horrible, even though he has quick feet. Look at his old fights, because he fights the same way.

The only thing that changed under Roach, was he was a little more calm and patien, and that has nothing to do with Roach, but more with experience. Also, the addition of Ariza was perfect, because it helped him to maximize his world wind style and not gassed. Though his style works for him, it is not something taught, but more rather aided. This was why Marquez was able to time him. Many times Manny is out of position, and this is why he struggle with technical fighters like Marquez Mayweather, Morales and to a lesser extent, Bradley.

I see nothing wrong with that scenario at all. Let Canelo get at least 1 fight at middleweight instead of him going straight to GGG his first fight. Lemieux is a great test at middleweight going into a GGG fight. It would give hi some idea what to expect at the weight and help better prepare him for GGG.

People aren't gonna like that because the haters wanna see GGG kill him right away but if it happens at the end of the year big deal, also gives a like opponent to guage off of.
              I agree with that!

Even in loosing Cotto looked great against Canelo. It was just that Canelo improved as well and is so much bigger than him and solid that Cottos punches had no effect. So i still think Roach is a great Trainer, he has always been a great trainer.

Yes he Is. The majority that think Roach Is not a good trainer are Pacquiao haters.

I also agree with your analysis of the Cotto/Canelo fight which In my opinion was a 7-5 win for Canelo as opposed to the ridiculous scorecards the judges came up with.
