The way things are done these days the fighters themselves rarely make the fights. The promoters and managers do most of it. After his impressive win over Rios Bradley is probably expecting a higher paying and bigger fight than a Vargas rematch. Vargas shouldn't bother Bradley in person. He should go through the proper channels. Bradley shouldn't be telling Vargas who to fight. I think Ali is Bradley's mandatory and Bradley doesn't want to fight Ali and would like Vargas to fight Ali instead.
