So why did you request extra time to negotiate the fight?

Well why did you tell the WBC you won't be ready until April or May? You just said this two weeks ago. You must think boxing fans are ****** or have dementia.

The meaning, as always, lost in translation. After that fight with Wach they ready to begin negotiation, promotion, etc. But not to fight tomorow. Trainer just know that Povetkin is in state to start preparation, but that doesnt mean that they will start tomorrow - to be ready in Jan.

wach wouldnt beat stiverne or duhap..it is simple as that
I find it rather amusing that some fans want to pretend that that French fighter is anything but what he is. Which is a domestic level C class fighter. I also noticed that you already started making it an issue of race. Having so much hate inside must be draining, isn't it?

So in August when the WBC said negotiations are to start on October and the fight to be held in January why did Povetkin schedule a fight in November? So the WBC reset negotiations for after Povetkin's November fight and then Povetkin said he won't be ready until April or May. Should Wilder be forced to sit out after negotiations & the fight date was delayed by Povetkin? If Povetkin wants the title shot there path was clearly laid out for him.
