They know when he fights Povetkin, the dream is over.
Fighting zero risk until then. IDGAF what he says. Look at what he's doing.

Ready for that Mailk Scott rematch? lol

And now they want ANOTHER ANOTHER "optional" or "voluntary"(doesnt matter what term honestly), in other words NOT POVETKIN...A-FKN-GAIN! And if i remember correctly Povetkin is availavle right now...but, per wilders trainers words, they want "the NEXT highest ranked, available" contender...outside of Povetkin. So bcuzWilder wants to milk this mando for as long as he can(before ultimately vacating to avoid said Mando), Povetkin not wanting to sit idle will surely opt for another...ANOTHER interim bout. In a nutshell, It comes down to Povetkin wanting to stay active while Wilder avoids that mando.

This dude(Wilders trainer) is diverting HARD
Povetkin stalled twice. The WBC set negotiations to begin in October for a January fight. What did Povetkin do? He scheduled a fight in November. Povetkin did not have a fight scheduled until after the WBC set negotiations to begin in October. Then they just told the WBC they won't be ready until April or May. Povetkin fought a one rounder on May and became the mandatory. He waited until August to schedule another fight to be held after October. If he wanted a tune up before Wilder he could've scheduled a fight in June or July to be held in September or August. He had been off since May! These are the facts I don't see how you can twist this on Wilder

It took Klitschko 12 rounds to beat Wach and Povetkin, so how bad are they really? Wilder is the champ, but his toughest opponent before Duhaupus was Stiverne. Oddly, Stiverne is the bigger name, but Duhaupus gave Wilder the toughest fight yet. Why should Povetkin try to align his schedule around Wilder's? They'll fight when the time is right, and then maybe we'll see what your boy is really made of.

why should he try to align? bc he should want to be champion..how many times have you seen cards that set up a fight? johnson vs golovkin will be a good exampe of that..doesn have to be the same card just make sure you wont needc a lay off..its povetkin complainin about the lay off not me..i just deal in the fact s

Oh yeah, Wilder vs Scott 2 would be a must see! I especially like how the announcers were trying to play up Wilder's performance against his buddy Scott, even as the slo-mo showed he didn't even land that "KO" shot! Fucking Paulie!

Yeah, alright sport. I'll just sit back and wait patiently for Wilder to get into a real fight with a live dog and see how he does. If he wins impressively, I'll give him props. But if he gets that ass kicked (as I suspect he will), You'll probably never utter another delusional word about him again.

"Yeah--we were thinking it was going to be Povetkin because he'd just fought 24 hours prior and we were going to give him less than 2 months to recuperate then start a new camp after that for the fight." Bumsquad making themselves look worse. Just shut up and say you aren't ready. Any other Heavy could wait an extra month.
