Only fighter I never saw so much as even hurt was hagler. Every fighter should have a plan if hurt. Learn how to tie up hold take a knee.dont be like hearns Ray hurt him he didn't know what to do. It could be the difference of winning and losing

Well put. That was Hearn's Achilles heel. He would try to stand and **** when he got hurt rather than going defensive to recover.

Entire boxing community isn't talking about GGG/Ward, it's Canelo

Ive seen manyyyy of these types of fighter over the years " Just another one" so please lets stop the hype!! The day he beats the likes of Ward, May and even Cotto in an extraordinary fashion, then we can put him in the top, but for now, ummm, not yet his resume says close to nothing!! Not knocking he isnt good, but for now hes not yet proven!! Knocking out regular joes means nothing!!

Though I have no faith in Lemieux, Golovkin reacts poorly to being hit. It's the same way Canelo sometimes does, just pausing to gather his thoughts with no mind for counterpunching or moving. IF (and that's a big if) Lemieux is fearless and puts together some slick combos I think we could see an upset. I just don't see him having it in him though.
Lol! Wow! He doesn't react poorly, he goes for the kill. At times while being hit.

Genady ducked, live with it.
Some are interested in Ward, but mostly Cotto/Canelo fans scared.

Ward isn't exactly a popular fighter. He is far to inactive to care about.

        There are compelling fight.

Go to any article on GGG, they all mention the Canelo fight. Some may passingly mention Ward.

I also agree completely. I do not think we have seen GGG put everything he has into a fight yet. I think there is at least one other gear above what we have seen and it is possible that we may see it tonight. Hopefully he has realized that the fans will not be disappointed if he ends the fight as quickly as possible.

It is time we get to see 'Rowdy' Gennady Golovkin!!!

I can dig the future references for his fighter he uses here.

Hate those who place ggg above those other greats as of now with his thin resume.

Nope. GGG hasn't had need to or hasn't been forced to as of yet unleash his prizefighting version of the Bengal/Siberian tiger slaughter mode. It may not happen tonight either; however, until it does happen, see Hearns vs Duran at 2:02 - 1:59 of round number two.

GGG fans are dense as fck. "Nobody cares about Ward" that's a ****** fckng reason to duck. 2 years ago GGG was the same, "nobody cared" but fanboys like you have been screaming at the top of their lungs that the whole world is ducking. Fck outta here fanboy

Reacts poorly to being hit? See end of Geale fight. Guy has a great chin. Anything can happen, I would never take that away. I like Lemieux, I just think GGG looks way better, his footwork and movement. He makes it tough to get an angle. I like him defensively. The chin is part of it.
